- Refunds will only be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Gift Vouchers (physical or online) cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
- We strictly do not provide or allow any sexual activities. Staff reserve the right to stop a massage session immediately if such requests are made, and no refund will be issued.
